Banana Peach Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 banana
2 ripe peaches or 3 drained canned peach halves
2 c. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 ice cubes, cracked
1 to 2 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low
Preparation

Peel and slice banana.
Cut peaches in chunks.
Combine ingredients in electric blender.
Whirl until smooth and fluffy. Yields 10 (1/2 cup each) servings; 44 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
