Crabmeat Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. crabmeat (fresh or canned) or 1/2 crabmeat and 1/2 tuna
    5 c. cubed Italian bread
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Drain crabmeat (if canned); chop if fresh.
    Set aside.
    Butter a 6 cup straight sided casserole (most important; don't use a bowl).
    Layer by thirds the fish, bread and cheese.
    Sprinkle between layers the onion and parsley.
    Beat together eggs, milk, butter and mustard.
    Pour over layers.
    Cover; chill overnight (or at least 3 hours).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
