Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    8 oz. grated American cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain.
    Place in casserole dish. Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise; mix well.
    Pour over cooked broccoli.
    Crush Ritz crackers; spread over top of mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
