Carrot-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, sliced (precooked)
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can mushroom soup
grated cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation

Brown hamburger lightly.
Layer in cake pan 1/2 of carrots and 1/2 of zucchini.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Layer hamburger, soup and taco mix.
Top with zucchini, carrots and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
