Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 eggs
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. half and half
3 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 (3 oz.) jars mushrooms, drained
5 oz. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Beat eggs and half and half.
Scramble in butter in large skillet.
Put scrambled eggs in a 3-quart shallow casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour on soup, mushrooms and cheese.
Top with bacon. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Can be halved or doubled and can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
Then bake 1 1/2 hours.
