Creamy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Potatoes (approximately)
    3 Tbsp. Flour
    1 stick Butter or Margarine
    1 1/2 c. Milk
    1 c. Cheese (Velveeta American)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and boil in salt water until soft.
