Squash Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
2 c. milk
1 pkg. cornbread mix, prepared according to pkg. and baked
black pepper
sage to taste
Preparation

Saute onions and pepper in oleo.
Crumble cold cornbread; add to onion and pepper.
Add milk, sage and black pepper.
Mix well. Add soup and mix again.
Add squash.
Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
This freezes well.
