Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pat chicken with paper towels.
    Combine flour and pepper and sprinkle over both sides of chicken breasts. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Saute chicken 15 minutes until lightly browned.
    Remove from skillet with a wide cake turner and place in a large heat-proof casserole. Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, curry powder and thyme.
    Saute in skillet 5 minutes until lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes.
    Stir until heated through.
    Pour tomato mixture over chicken casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes until tender.
