Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe to overripe bananas
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mash bananas with fork.
Stir in other ingredients.
Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
