Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large zucchini
3 large chopped onions
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. chicken stock
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Drain zucchini well and put in a large bowl.
Add onions, flour, water, oil, eggs and chicken stock (broth), and stir well to make a mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste and stir more.
Oil baking pan and pour contents in.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 15 minutes prior to baking.
Bake pie for 1 hour or until brown and serve.
