Freda'S Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 lb. imitation crab meat
    1 large stalk celery
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    pinch of chives
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    mayonnaise
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts, cool down and cut bite size. Add chopped celery, parsley, chives and lemon juice. Cut crab meat to bite size and add to bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mayonnaise, enough to
    moisten. Toss lightly.
    Sprinkle dash of paprika on top. Chill and serve. Serves 6.
