Chocolate Chip Cookies(Yields 10 Dozen Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. oleo or shortening
    8 oz. granulated sugar
    8 oz. brown sugar
    4 eggs (7 oz.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. 4 oz. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 lb. nuts, coarsely chopped
    1 lb. 8 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugars on medium speed for 5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and beat until light and fluffy.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add on low speed to creamed mixture.
    Add nuts and chocolate chips.
    Mix until blended.
