Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 junior size baby food carrots
Preparation

Mix eggs and Wesson oil.
Sift together flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.
Add flour mix to the egg and oil.
Mix well.
Add the baby food carrots.
Mix and pour into cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
