Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oil.
    Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
    Combine soup, milk and Cheez Whiz.
    Heat until the cheese melts.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. More cooked chicken can be added.
