Spareribs And Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut into pieces
    2 lb. pork spareribs
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash the rabbit well and place in a large pot covered with water.
    Let come to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
    Add the ribs, the seasonings and 3 cups water.
    Cover the pot and let come to a boil.
    Reduce the heat to medium low; cook until all the meat is tender, about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
