Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3/4 bottle ketchup
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. water
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
    chuck roast
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in roasting pan or crock-pot; place roast on top.
    Cook 1 hour per pound.
    Shred meat with fork before serving.
