Hash Brown Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns, frozen
    salt and pepper
    1 pt. half and half
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1/4 to 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Put frozen hash browns evenly in dish and salt and pepper to taste.
