Kale With Tomato And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh kale
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped tomato
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove stems from kale.
    Wash leaves thoroughly (do not dry). Tear into small pieces.
    Place wet kale into a large Dutch oven (do not add water).
    Cook, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
