Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, one inch thick
    4 medium potatoes, uncooked, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the chops and drain on absorbent paper.
    On the bottom of a buttered 2-quart baking dish, arrange the chops, potatoes and mushrooms.
    In a small bowl combine water, Lipton onion soup mix and pour over the meat.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover the baking dish with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
