Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
    Mix together the soup, cheese, eggs, mayonnaise and onion; add to broccoli.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and top with cheese crackers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
