Quick Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, margarine or bacon drippings
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add rice, onion and green pepper.
    Cook and stir until mixture is lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Quickly bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
