Fat Mama'S Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
5 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. 100 proof whiskey
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Separate egg whites from egg yellows.
Beat egg yellows until thick and lemon-yellow.
Add pre-measured whiskey little by little while beating yellows.
Set aside to season.
Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar little by little.
Whip the cream until firm.
Stir in whites, then yellows.
Mix slowly but well.
If you desire, add a dash of ground cinnamon.
Serves 6.
