Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick celery, diced
    3 1/2 lb. roasting chicken
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 onion, quartered
Preparation
    Cut up celery. Season chicken with seasonings. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
