Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger (or turkey) browned and drained
1/2 head cabbage chopped
26 oz. can crushed chopped tomatoes
26 oz. can water
2 (16 oz.) cans undrained kidney beans
1 (or 2) beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
2 ribs chopped celery
2 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Bring all of the above but the parsley to a boil and boil for one minute.
Simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 tsp. parsley and stir before serving.
Makes 10-12 servings.
Freezes well.
