Robert Snooks ("Snookie") Colonial Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. rye flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    4 1/2 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Let stand until lukewarm (about 30 minutes).
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; let stand 10 minutes, then add to first mixture.
    Add rye and whole wheat flour.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Add unbleached flour and mix until dough leaves sides of bowl.
