Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
2 small potatoes, diced
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans evaporated milk
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon, stirring frequently, approximately 4 minutes. Drain.
Add potatoes and water.
Simmer until potatoes are cooked, approximately 15 minutes.
Add corn and evaporated milk.
Salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
