Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
4 to 5 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix sugar and spices; mix lightly through apples.
Heap into pastry lined pie plate.
Dot with butter. Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it.
Seal; bake 50 to 60 minutes until crust is browned and apples are cooked.
