Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shredded zucchini
    2 Tablespoon chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    2 teaspoon margarine
    1 6 oz can of tuna packed in water
    2 slices of wheat bread
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, onion, and garlic in 1 teaspoon of margarine for 5 minutes.
    Mix all remaining ingredients until well blended. Form into six patties and brown in pam and margarine for about 3 minutes per side.
    Serve with lemon and cole slaw.
