Spicy Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (2 1/2 c.) navy, pea or Great Northern beans
    6 c. cold water
    1 c. firmly packed Domino dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    5 oz. fat salt pork, partially sliced
Preparation
    Wash and sort beans.
    Combine beans and cold water in 6 quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let soak 1 hour.
