Chicken Taos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless)
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chili sauce (Heinz)
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation

In frying pan, saute onions in butter until translucent.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour.
Add chicken to onions and saute until pink color is gone.
Put all ingredients into pot and cook for about an hour.
When done, eat with rice and vegetables.
