Artichoke Dip * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation

Drain artichokes and break into small pieces.
Mix with rest of ingredients and put into pie plate or quiche dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve warm with crackers.
