Long Time Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small heads cabbage, shredded
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small sweet pepper, cut up
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, celery and sweet pepper.
    Mix well the sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed; add to the cabbage mixture.
    Can be made several days ahead.
    Will keep a very long time in refrigerator.
