Boy Scout Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded American cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, mushroom soup, sour cream and onion all together.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with melted butter and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
