Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3/4 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add all dry ingredients slowly.
    Add zucchini, coconut and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour in a greased Bundt pan or until done.
    Test with a toothpick.
    If it comes out clean, bread is done.
