Marinade For Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless pork or chicken (no skin)
1/2 c. sour orange juice
1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite soy sauce)
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. brown sugar (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all together except meat.
Add meat and marinate at least 3 hours, turning frequently.
