Taco Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 jar jalapeno pepper sauce (green)
    1/2 pkg. French onion soup mix
    4 Tbsp. taco sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 head lettuce
    3 green onions
    3 to 4 chopped tomatoes
    6 to 8 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients well and spread on cookie sheet. Finely chop and layer the last 4 ingredients on top of spread. Refrigerate until served.
    Serve with corn chips or taco flavored chips of your choice.
