Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
2 eggs (or can use Egg Beaters for no cholesterol)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil dates and prunes in the 1 cup water for 3 minutes. Add margarine
and
raisins
and
let
cool.
Mix flour, salt, eggs, nuts,
spice
and
vanilla.
Add to fruit.
Stir to mix. Do not beat with beater.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
