Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bacon, chopped in 2-inch pieces and cooked crisp, drained on paper towels (reserve drippings)
1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In the skillet with reserved bacon drippings, brown potatoes and cook onion and bell pepper to tender. Return drained bacon pieces and stir in salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan that's been lightly greased.
