Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.
Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes or until wooden stick inserted near center comes out clean.
Turn out of pan. Voila!
