Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 oz. lemon extract (one whole bottle)
6 eggs, separated and whites beaten until stiff
4 c. flour
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dredge nuts and fruit in 2 c. of flour and set aside.
