Sour Cream Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained whole green beans
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish, ground
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. onion puree
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Marinate beans in the first 3 ingredients up to 3 days.
    Blend remaining ingredients together; refrigerate until needed.
    Before serving, drain marinade from beans.
    Pour sauce over beans; blend until all are well coated.
    Serves 6 to 8.
