Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. softened butter
Preparation
    Sift
    together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Combine
    pumpkin,
    sugar,
    milk
    and eggs in mixing bowl. Add
    dry ingredients and butter.
    Mix until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in well greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in
    350\u00b0
    oven
    for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
