Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 slices bread
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 lb. loose sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place bread in buttered 8 x 10-inch pan.
    Top with cheese. Fry and drain sausage.
    Spread over cheese.
    Beat eggs with mustard and milk; pour over top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
