Butterscotch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. raw chopped green apples (Granny Smith)
    1 c. nuts
    6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Mix together in a bowl sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients together and then add to first mixture.
    Add apples.
    Add nuts.
    Spread into greased 9
    x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with butterscotch morsels.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
