Chilled Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, cut into sections
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. water, divided
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dill weed
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. light cream
    chopped chives, parsley or dill (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine
    tomatoes,
    onion,
    garlic,
    1 cup water, salt, pepper and dill in large saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Stir
    remaining
    water
    slowly into flour and add to hot soup. Cook
    3
    minutes, stirring.
    Pour soup into blender and
    blend
    in batches.
    Strain.
    Refrigerate when cooled.
    To serve, stir in cream and garnish as desired.
    Serves 8.
