Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs (one at a time) beating after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add to cream mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
    Stir in flavoring. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Top should be golden brown.
