Tabouleh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. fine bulghur wheat
2 bunches parsley
1 bunch fresh mint
1 bunch scallions
5 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Wash bulghur wheat and soak in water and set aside.
Pick parsley and mint leaves, no stems, chop very fine.
Chop scallion very fine.
Mix in bowl with tomatoes and all spices and seasonings.
Drain all the water from the wheat and add it (wheat) to the chopped vegetables.
Mix well and adjust seasonings to taste.
