Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    2 c. honey or sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grate zucchini and wring out excess moisture by twisting gratings in cheesecloth.
    Beat together the oil, honey, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Combine the 2 mixtures.
    Stir to blend.
    Add nuts, raisins and zucchini.
    Place in greased and floured loaf pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
