Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium squash
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice squash and boil until tender. Drain and mash with fork. Add egg, flour and milk, mixing well. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into frying pan with melted butter.
    Fry until browned.
