Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 pt. vanilla frozen yogurt
    1 1/2 - 2 tsp. Rum extract
    Ground nutmeg for garnish
Preparation
    Place milk, yogurt and rum extract in blender; blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, stir, pour into glasses and sprinkle each serving with nutmeg.
